Miss Naturalist LLC (“Miss Naturalist,” “we,” “us,” “our”) offers hemp-derived products and educational content through our website and events. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

• You must be 21+ to purchase hemp products from our site.
• By ordering, you represent you meet age requirements in your jurisdiction.

• We ship within the U.S. only to locations where hemp products are lawful.
• We may cancel or refund any order that appears non-compliant with state or local law.
• Processing and transit estimates are described on our Shipping Policy.

• Your order is an offer to buy; acceptance occurs when we send your shipping confirmation.
• We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing/stock errors, compliance concerns).
• Taxes, shipping, and fees are shown at checkout and are your responsibility.
• If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we’ll cancel and refund that item.

• Our products are hemp-derived and intended to comply with the 2018 Farm Bill (<0.3% Δ-9 THC by dry weight).
• Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are linked on applicable product pages; review the COA for the exact batch you purchase.
• Natural products vary by batch; cannabinoid content, color, and aroma may differ.

• Consult a healthcare professional before use if you take prescription medications or manage a health condition.
• Do not use while pregnant or nursing. Some products may cause drowsiness—avoid driving or heavy machinery after use.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.

• Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA; products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free site operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miss Naturalist and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Miss Naturalist from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site or products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Florida for any disputes not subject to informal resolution.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll adjust the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
