Shipping Policy

• Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
• Cut-off: 12 PM ET (after that, ships next business day).
• During drops or markets, allow 1–2 extra days (we never rush love 💕).

• Tracked shipping via USPS & UPS.
• Typical transit: 2–6 business days after shipment (carrier estimates).
• Rates are auto-calculated at checkout.
• Certain items may require Adult Signature (21+).

THCa products cannot be shipped to the following states, per state guidelines:

• Arkansas
• Idaho
• Minnesota
• Oregon
• Rhode Island

✨ Orders placed to restricted states will be cancelled & refunded.

• You must be 21+ to purchase.
• Hemp-derived, compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill (<0.3% Δ-9 THC by dry weight).

• You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after checkout.
• Shipping email with tracking once your order leaves us (may take 24h to populate).

• Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.
• If there’s an error, email hello@missnaturalist.com ASAP—if it hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it.

• Once marked Delivered by carrier, liability transfers to customer.
• If it’s missing:
  1. Check your property & neighbors.
  2. Confirm address on your order.
  3. Open inquiry with USPS/UPS.
  4. Email us order # + case #—we’ll help 🌸.

• Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours if anything’s wrong.
• Please include order #, description, and photos—we’ll fix it fast.
