It’s a gentle, 3-step morning ritual I follow with one simple intention:

Step 1: A Gentle Smoke + Stillness
Before anything else — before checking my phone, brushing my teeth, or making plans — I pause.
I light a clean Sativa pre-roll (my go-to lately), open the window or step outside, and just breathe.
No rush. No pressure. Just me, the morning air, and the plants that want to love me back.
